Part-time & Remote

At The Scala Agency, we’re passionate about helping nonprofits grow their digital fundraising programs. As our client base continues to grow, we’re looking to bring on a part-time, remote Marketing Manager who’s ready to get things done.

Client 3

Core responsibilities include...

  • Launching and managing email marketing, organic social, and Facebook ad campaigns.

  • Creating regular reports to analyze and optimize campaign performance.

  • Creating monthly client campaign reports.

  • Being a wee bit anal to ensure that every deliverable is flawless.

Client 5

The ideal candidate would…

  • Have experience managing and scaling FB ad campaigns. (Have experience or an interest in exploring ads on other social media platforms? Even better.) 

  • Get a kick out of putting together a killer spreadsheet. 

  • Be a copywriting/editing ninja. (If you’re especially gifted in writing fundraising appeals, we’ve got more work for you, friend.) 

  • Think that A/B testing is the bomb. Personal mantra? “Test, don’t guess.”
