At The Scala Agency, we’re passionate about helping nonprofits grow their digital fundraising programs. As our client base continues to grow, we’re looking to bring on a part-time, remote Marketing Manager who’s ready to get things done.
Core responsibilities include...
Launching and managing email marketing, organic social, and Facebook ad campaigns.
Creating regular reports to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
Creating monthly client campaign reports.
Being a wee bit anal to ensure that every deliverable is flawless.
The ideal candidate would…
Have experience managing and scaling FB ad campaigns. (Have experience or an interest in exploring ads on other social media platforms? Even better.)
Get a kick out of putting together a killer spreadsheet.
Be a copywriting/editing ninja. (If you’re especially gifted in writing fundraising appeals, we’ve got more work for you, friend.)
Think that A/B testing is the bomb. Personal mantra? “Test, don’t guess.”
